Take your time in reading my t.o.s. before proceeding to commission me. Always check the "last updated" date above for further change awareness, thank you!⪩ Please read my T.O.S. carefully. Proceeding to commission me means agreeing to my tos. I have the right to decline any commission that I am personally uncomfortable to draw. The concept may step over such legal or political boundaries, may be too complex or don’t have my preferences.⪩ Strictly no cancellations when the piece has been started. Availability of artist is: Monday-Saturday (will mostly be active at night). Sundays are rest days for the artist ^° (Responses may be delayed)⪩ The artist will not start until Upfronts or Milestone are paid. Available milestones are: 50% and 25%.⪩ Art must be only for personal use. However, using it for commercial/monetized purposes will have fees charged (discuss with artist beforehand).⪩ Client must give clear descriptions of the commission before I start the sketch. More photo/video references will be more helpful to the artist!⪩ The process would take up from 3 weeks - 5 months to give the piece in its best quality. Turnaround time may be longer depending on the artist’s current workload and number of active orders. I will be entertaining 3-5 (or more) clients so as much as possible, please no rush (I'm not a full time artist). You have my gratitude!⪩ I accept both VGen and Non-VGen requests. To see my real work queue, visit the link of my Trello account. I cannot assure you immediate replies, assuming we have different timeline and schedule! But I will try my best to respond as soon as I can!⪩ I will give 100% refund only if I haven't sent you updates in 4 months.⪩ You can post the art in any of your socials as long as the artist is properly credited. As an artist, I retain the rights of commissioned works to be displayed on my portfolio and social accounts.⪩ If you want the your username or the art to be anonymous, kindly inform the artist in advance ^^⪩ It is strictly prohibited to claim the art as your own, use for selling/merchandising, use for AI/cryptographic assets.⪩ You may not use the art for merchandising. I can allow resale but only applies when OC owner is selling their character as a package together with its other OC arts. Kindly approach the artist first before doing so.
